If you break a nylon bolt (hard landing?) the difference in colors
(Black/white) will immediately show that a bolt is broken and needs to be
replaced before the next flight.

The Yellow steel bolt makes it much easier to find the bolts when you drop
it in the gravel/dirt, etc. If you break a steel bolt from a hard landing
you also break most of the airplane so identifying just a broken bolt will
not be necessary!
