Every once in awhile a computer will not do what we may ask it to do. And we may not have any clue as to how to fix it. Especially those of us in the later years.

Well now there's help just a few steps away that can get your system back to normal, in most cases. This new concept has been given press in the Wall Street Journal, and on Major TV stations throughout the world.

It is a new service Called Crossloop, that allows the webmaster to come in on your computer and work as if he were sitting in front of it. It is a secured system, and perfectly safe to use. He can show you how to perform tasks on the computer, give training on use of the website, and unless the problem is not software related, take care of most any problem.

To use this Online assistant, you must be on a broadband connection. (High Speed internet such as Comcast or DSL through the phone company) Then the steps are as follows.

1. Contact the webmaster by clicking this link Contact Dick Corby and you can set up a secure chat, Or call 360 802-0183

2. In the page that opens, you create a free account, and then chat with the Webmaster to determine what is needed to get your problem solved.

3. If the Chat is not sufficient to solve the problem, go to Crossloop and download and install the free software. This software allows you to enter a secret code, and the Webmaster to enter it on his computer. Then your computer and his are tied together on a Secured line so work and/or instructions can be exchanged.
