Adding your Sales Image to the Website
1. Choose the image you plan on having appear with your page. Make a note of it's filename, and location on your drive. (ie. MyPicture.jpg) located in C:/MyDocuments/My Pictures/MyPicture.jpg
2. In
the "ImageLink" field, replace the filename (Blue in the
sample below) at the end of the path to the filename you noted in Step
1 above. It
should then
read
the
full
path
plus your image filename. Only change the filename, the path (Red in the sample
below) must remain the same for the file to be found when the website is viewed
in a browser.
(ie. http://www.lasvegassoaring.org/Database/Barter/Images/NoImage.jpg)
3. After you have entered all the fields, and click the Insert Reord button you will be taken to the image upload page.
4. Browse to the location of the image you wish to upload, on your system, where it was saved in Step 1. Depending on the size of the image, it will take a few seconds to process, so be patient.
5. Wait for the filename and image thumbnail to appear, and the Remove file prompt to appear under it. If it is the correct image, ckick the click the "Submit This Image" button. After a few seconds the Browse Box will go blank, and the image is on it's way to the website. At this time you can click the "Close This Window" link, and you will return to the Entry page.
Your Image will appear on the appropriate pages when any one wishes to view your data.
